| Board-Certified Veterinary Oncologists: Birgitte Tan, DVM, DACVIM (Oncology) Dr. Birgitte Tan obtained her B.S. in Nutrition from Washington State University and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University Of Wisconsin School Of Veterinary Medicine. She has been a primary care veterinarian since 1999 in both Wisconsin and the greater Los Angeles area. Dr. Tan was accepted into an internship program in oncology in 2006. She completed her residency program in June of 2010. Dr. Tan became board certified in medical oncology with the ACVIM in 2012. In her free time she enjoys hiking, baking, and adventure sports. |
